Hello!

Well, after a rather long hiatus, I have something to show, that might qualify as "eye candy". Not least because I managed to finish some of it last night, and I am DYING to show it off...

I bought these figures back in late 2010, where my intention was to make a diorama. That particular plan died, and instead I decided to try my hand at historic wargaming. I thus bought the book "Hail Caesar", and loosely based The Knights and Saracens according to the "rule of cool"...I have to date not actually played a game of "Hail Caesar", but I am still wanting to give it a go. Not least because I have some figures painted...

Cheers and thank you! I am quite, quite happy with them!

As for the wargaming aspect, well...I am firmly entrenched in the W40k world of Games Workshop, but I just love and adore the historical aspect of this!

Also, I have evidently managed to find a kindred spirit here in Copenhagen, who is willing to give the "Hail Caesar" rules a try. So all is good!

I hope that I will be able to finish off a few more crusaders and Saracens here in August. Time will tell!
