Part of a modern arab city

Posted by praga on 09 Feb 2016, 13:27

The house is from the brand Hornby and actually a cinema. But the architecture fits in the Middle East. It is a ready-made model for the background - provided by me with Arabic publicity. Hornby has many beautiful homes on offer - suitable for British railway scale H0-00 representing 1:76. I put on the last images some vehicles on it to show the size - but I'm still not sure what is ultimately built.

Superb, but these are old 60's or 70's buildings, they should have a (very) used look. And also the road and sidewalks should show sign of age and wear. In the northern African cities that I know, these buildins are found in the older part of cities that, generaly, are inhabited by poor people.
