A vehicle build with paperclip. The wheel are made of metal ! The gun tube is shortened !
With a camouflage for Europe and named by and north African city.
But the strangest thing is:

I like your work. Look fantastic. This is the most detailed Airfix Matador I have ever seen.

Gazala, Winston C, would`ve never approved of that being plonked upon a British truck, but then in hindsight he never approved of much anyway.

In hindsight as long as he had his cigars , best brandy to roll about warm in a glass, and Miss or Mrs Landemare`s, Dundee Cake he was happy. BB

I followed the WIP so I should have known what was coming. But, even so, I was amazed by the finished piece; it is exceptional.

The photographs are great, the top two in the landscape look really good, but my favourite is the third from bottom pic, with the truck driving towards me. That camera angle really brings it alive.

It is so well done it looks like a highly detailed 1/35 job. Thinking it is a 1/76 is so impressive.

Fabulous project to follow for an old kit I had back in the day, hulb, congratulations!

What you mentioned about the main Brit vehicle colour scheme in NW Europe in your WIP thread reminds me about the Histoire et Collections "The British Soldier 1944-45 Vol 2" book getting the entire thing completely wrong and using post-war (possibly the last couple of months) Bronze Green instead of Olive Drab/Khaki Green SCC 15. ("British Military Markings 1939-1945" by P. Hodges and M. Taylor is a good source for this.)

Plus Winnie had a big heavy tank armed with a relatively small shooter named after him when still alive and in office which must have pleased him no end. What were they thinking??
