Nice work on both figs......:)
As regards the boiled watter, you have to sink in the water only the sword and immediately after to fit it in position.... Most of the times it works, I did the same with some weapons from Pegasus Hobbies soft plastic sets...;)

As I painted a Roman for test, I couldn't resist to paint a Barbarian to. He is from the Esci 225 Barbarian Warriors set!

@Peter Oh c'mon the clues are obvious...X marks the spot...
By the way in Roman times beer was drunk hot, not cold...And I got proof...

On 34:21-30:34, he had said ,,Trinkt befor es ist kalt'' or ,,Drink it before it is cold''...That means they have drink it hot... ;-)
And the reaction to that fact has made its consequences...

And here's another one. He's from the Italeri 6136 Scots Infantry. The tartan was hard to paint but that is because I couldn't find this paint:

Well here's the result:

Peter, a question. Do you paint with enamels or with acrylics???

I think you don't use very good the tecnique with paints. You must paint with the paint more diluted.

Hey Jorge, I paint with acrylics. I agree that this one isn't good painted. The paint is to thick on this figure, but that is what you get when you paint under X-treme circumstances! Next one will look better! ;-)

Thanks for your concern!
