Skythian DBA Army

Hi again,

Another DBA army in progress… Kimmerian, Skythian or Early Hu. 750BC-50AD.

As you can see, it covers a very long period of time. Like always, I’m going to cover all the options.

Now you convinced me to get the Orion boxes next to my Zvezda one - excellent painting on beautiful miniatures, a sight to behold on the battlefield, an enemy to be truly feared, an ally to rely on the darkest hour.

Garandm1, I feel very sorry but I must disagree with you. I don’t like the effect of painting eyes in such a small scale. Even if you achieve a good result, it would be unnoticeable on the real figure. So, in my opinion, would be an effort only visible trough pictures o magnification.

Hi, some more bases for my Skytian DBA Army.

These are 1 Light Horse Command base, 4 Light Horse bases and 2 Psiloi (Skirmishers) bases.

I still need Knights Command, Auxilia and some more Light Horse to complete the army.

Hi,

These are the last bases I needed to complete my DBA Skythian Army.

This army is made by the following elements:

Commanders: 1 x 3Knights base, 1 x 3Cavalry base and 1 x 2Light Horse base.

11 x 2Light Horse bases

2 x 2Psiloi bases

1 x 3Auxilia base

1 x 7Horde base

Now they are ready to fight back my Alexandrian Imperial Macedonians and get them out from their homeland…
