Austrian Officer Winter 1914/15

I made this figure a while ago. I suppose it is topical -100 years but for a few weeks.

It shows how I have modified the Strelets Austrian officer figure. The head is an Italeri Afrika Korps figure with a moustache added and the hat modified and the new right arm came from an Airfix Paratrooper. Generally the Strelets figure has been increased in height by slicing the greatcoat where the green line is, re assembling with a few mms gap and pinning and filling with green stuff. ( I have just remembered my Bravenet password where the pic is stored)

A work of art. For a figure made up of so many different body parts, I have to say that he looks an awful lot better than Frankenstein's monster!

Thanks. Frankenstein without the blood and those cuts (the red) remind me a bit of those butchery charts.

I saw the picture before it disapiered, It was good...Body of Austrian officer from Strelets set with head of Italeri Afrika korps and hand of other figure...Figure was good converted...It gave me an idea...
