French cuirassiers vs. Russian granadiers

And here You are.... french cuirassiers vs. russian line granadiers in 1:72 scale. Both are from Zvezda. I tried made 3ème Escadron du 5ème Régiment de Cuirassiers with orange collar :-D but to small to see.

Great display. Nicely painted figures and the scene is well composed. Those are some brave Russians...storming those cavalrymen like that.

With three men? I believe it was a Russian tactic for infantry to throw themselves flat on the ground which made it harder for rampaging cavalry to kill them.

Grass was made from ordinary rope. Just cut it with scissors. Better mix with grass with different colours.
