French Foreign Legion

The Airfix Foreign Legion set is one of the favorites from my younger years. I remember jumping on my bicycle and pedaling to the hobby shop, even before the credits to 'March or Die' had finished rolling on the TV. These are not from the 70s, they are from the reissued Fort Sahara set. Some of their mates from ESCI fill in the ranks.

this is one of my favorite Airfix sets ever.
it was my second set when i was 6 years old.
