Wonderful paint job. Unfortunately, Mars does not really give good quality figures. Nevertheless, you've done a fantastic job at painting them!

Maybe you should use your talents for some other figures.
In this case the groundwork is also very interesting.

Thx for your opinion, all. Mars figures made especially for battle Tannenberg could be good, but size, sculpture, and over all my defects... But I'm little proud of it.

Weapons and few shields handmade from the old bamboo fishing rod :-) My wife, when looked at rod said: You changed hobby? She had hope for a fresh fishes
I took the bamboo wood, cut along the fibers and use sandpaper.

A picture of the expression on her face would be nice to! But I can imagen how it looks. Probably the same as I tell my wife, that I bought some new figures!

So, I'm very happy man, cause my wife is very clever, merciful and of course beatiful, so I'm not suprised, that Peter wants to see her photo. She looked at me, after this on knights with swords made from cut fishing rod and said indulgently: Typical guy.

Not a bad start to work with Mars figures!
And the idea with a fishing rod is great! Life hacking))
