I went to your blog to see more close up photos... but nothing :(
Pity, they seem really nice painted.

Kekso, you may click on the pics to check bigger versions if you hava a flickr account, as they are hosted in there.

Alternatively, you may check the various posts of napoleonics units in the blog (check the contents index on the left bar there). There are specific posts for each unit I paint, with better close ups.

AAH! What a Grand Sight!
The table top is spread out and the Standards Flutter.
A Wide Panoramic View
The dice is juggled in full rattle, and the cup is finally emptied.
The rulers flash out and are employed. Yes that's right. They move to here.
So upon such a green as this well drilled columns of red ,white and blue advance,Stomping the ground and bringing up the Mud if you like? This could be a winning or losing factor to fully consider.

Imagination Comes Steadily Into Play :-D

AAH! The differing beat of every drum roll, and of raised up battle cry of song, and that heavy rumble of wheel, horse and gun is sounded in ones mind.
The cup rattles once more and the dice turn a tumbling out along the table top.Rulers flash out once more. Those to here, and those are loss. Fully checked once more it is well agreed.
More troops re-deploy the Flank is turned on one,but held on another.
Rulers extended and tumbled dice flash out. OH! No?___________ AHH! OH! Yes!

Nothing Else For IT.
The Guard Advances, and It`s all or nothing as a distant trumpet call is ordered and those massed intermingled cavalry charges begin. A turn of the dice,a quick flash of the rule, and more muddled reports of fresh primed Muskets and Hot Firery Cannon roll out that drifting grey final rolling smoke. Troops tumble the battle is lost ,the battle is won,but is this war won?
That all depends upon the next colourful meet.

The cup, dice and ruler are put away, and hands are shook in the fair spirit of cheerful fun.
As troops are packed away, the well imagined smell of Black Powder, and of confused sting to ones eyes might linger in ones mind._______________
Yes Napoleonic modelling is for me,and also enjoying the Game Played Out. :-D BB

Great! Thanks for Posting. :-D BB
