Great work as always! Just have some concerns about the guy with the gun, maybe better on the flank so he doesn't risk shooting some of his pals. Have the set, but just finished that figure many many years ago. I gave him a bear to shoot at.

The positioning of the gentleman (probably not the best definition for a cossack, I know...) with the pistol in the middle of the unit was deliberate, to protect his arm from contact with any outer objects/other miniatures.

I'm always mindful of positioning protuberant parts of miniatures in a way to protect them. It's way too easy to damage the paint work if you leave those objects in contact range of things outside their base.
