18th century women infantry - Las Minervas

Posted by Gowan on 03 Apr 2019, 07:30

Hi all today I have something rather special to show you. Las Minervas, the 8th regiment of the line in the Oronegrean army. Composed entirely of very tall women who are devotees of the goddess Minerva. Sounds strange? Well here's a short history of the unit. As usual there's also more photos on my main blog. These women are very tall but I think it is appropriate given their quite mysterious nature. Here's some pics:

Well that's it from me for the near future, other stuff is being worked on at my usual snails pace. I hope you enjoyed this little post.

You should have posted these excellent pictures about this wholly fictional unit on April 1 instead!

Very nice indeed, they look like very fine troops..

I wouldn't mind a couple of figures like this in Napoleonic 1/72.
