Hi,
real good dio, looks cold and a little bit muddy -i really shiver.
But the base - must it really be yellow ? Looks strange to me.

I agree with you Oke, black or white would have been better, but I believe this is some kind of presentation box, with a clear cover. Maybe he didn't have choice.

But I really like what is on that display! :thumbup:

Personally I think the yellow base is horrible.

However, the MK1V and those poor troops squatting in the cold sludge are great.

Super groundwork and a real ‘feel’ of the damp cold.

I am with several other members.
The yellow base (with its holes!) is unfortunately the eye catcher !
NOT the good winterwash Panzer 4 with bits on the back and added T34 tracks.
Weathering is nice done as the figures "in action".
The one vegetation behind the tank is bend in his driving direction. :-D

Culturally speaking yellow is most favoured by the Chinese.
As for the scene depicted it near froze me solid as i remembered
the freezing times in my own adventurous younger lifetime.

The painting is therefore rather cool,and the whole complete picture
a wonderland of artistic licence. :thumbup: Well done. BB
