ACW Union Drummer

I've painted a brother of this 28mm figure four years ago for Christmas. Now I have finally finished this figure to. I like it now and then to paint a figure of this scale but mostly they are LOTR of GW figures and not American Civil War. The figure came with some other figures in scale 1/72 and it was fun to paint. The brand is still unknown for me, so if someone has information about this figure please tell me.

The drum sticks are thick indeed. Problem of 28 mm figures?
