1/72 CMK - Guard with Bicycle (IMG&Link Review)

Posted by Panzer_Grenadire on 26 Sep 2015, 22:55

Bicycles are loved by most people and represent an effective mean of transportation even nowadays. Corroborated with the intensive deployment of such vehicles within WWII German Army, it is a pleasure having related 1/72 tenders in the field. However, due to its thin parts, the bike emerges as a true provocation for Braille Scale makers and in “Guard with bicycle” CMK and Artmaster have striven identifying the proper solution, shaped as photo-etched vehicles. The end result does not fulfill all expectations and better models are still expected.

I like the bikes being ridden best ,because they give one that sense of speed. BB

It is also my favourite from here....:) It was hard to take those photos (including the ones available at the link above) because I did not glue the bikes on hte base.. I use a non-permanent glue and the tires are so thin, very hard to stay still.. anyway the final result it is satisfactory and I ma glad you like it...:)

Another fine review PG. These look like cool little models. Maybe a late war one with panzerfausts strapped to the front forks? Thanks for sharing.
