nice figures. What did you use to do the tricornes? Head swap or make your own? I've made my own in the past but the material I made them from and the way I did it made them a mixed bag. If you made your own can you please tell us how.

Very nice! Are the tricornes from the old Airfix set, or maybe Hat's extras? Or selfmade? In this hobby you'll never know!
