Christophe, this looks great. The rocks, the walls, the trees, the figures and even the road looks perfect. My compliments.
The terrain looks French or Mediterranean, the soldiers look like Frederick the Greats Prussian infantry but could be Sardinians too. So what is its historical context?

It is a longue story... this Frederick II's regiment was in holidays on the riviera when it received a sms to go immediately to Fontenoy to make war ! Hence the title: "forced march..."
Seriously, i wanted to make a work about rock for a future diorama, i thought these figures very nice and i live in south of france... so i'm sorry, there is no a real historical context ...
