Your highlight work is quite nice. I also dig the helmet decals, although I think those may have been less in use even in '41-42. Very nice face on the grenade thrower, but I'm not in love with the eye. I think whites and pupils look best painted on models a bit larger in scale. Your choice of colors for uniform and items of gear is also exceptional. Are these Vallejo acrylics?

Yes, i use Valejjo Feldgrau for German uniform, and sometimes i add some other colors for creating other shades. Germans had helmets with decals until 42 very ofthen. Military archaeologies find many helmets with decals in Russia.

You certainly have arrived here on the Forum with some Darn Good New Year Goodies!

I shrunk my screen down so Mrs B,could see the actual size scale of the figures. "Amazing!" she said. " Astonished! i carried on painting in my same old style using the Yard-Brush! :-D BB
