Cromwell

Posted by MABO on 01 Nov 2015, 20:19

Just a short update - this is in the wrong department. But I just wanted to post that I have started with the bigger Armourfast Cromwells. There are some parts I am not sure where to add (the instructions are not so brilliant) but I hope I can start painting them the next days.

In the meantime the crew has to wait in a very uncomfortable position...

A little update after a lot of time passed away. In our vacation in Normandy I was in the mood to continue and the tanks are nearly finished. Back home I have ordered some decals and that is the next step to add them. To be continued... ;-)

That is already done. They are cleaner than other tanks I have painted and the photos are a little light, but I will make new ones with the decals. Then you can see the shading.

Jan,your British Cromwell`s Look the Bee`s Knees! Which means,_____Very Good!

:read: "You get two to a box. Which makes complete sense."

I have a few Tanks to make up and others to finish off by painting.
Quite frankly i cannot quite get into the mood to do that as yet.

Thanks folks. I need a special mood as well, Paul... :-)

Decals for Africa are rare as far as I have discovered. Peddinghaus has still some in the store for Axis and Allies.
