Great competition as always! My little dio was quite easy. And I think many suspected it was mine. I know I have read A LOT of comics and still do. The Phantom is a comic that I read and it has been quite good over the years, some really horrible stuff, but most of it has been good and even great. For those that don't know what I am talking about I can say that The Phantom lives in the fictional country Bengali and its' capital Morristown is quite prominent in the comic. The names have been changed in the comic due to the fact that there is a real country called Bengali, but I chose to use the names I am familiar with. I think it is Bangalla and Morribaar now.
