Family in the old stone age (Paleolithic) scale 1:72

Posted by praga on 19 Jul 2016, 17:42

An entirely new topic.
Paleolithic (relatively) shortly after the Ice Age. The climate is warmer and the vegetation starts to grow. But there are no trees or large plants only a tundra landscape.
The figures are made of resin from the company "Munich Kits". The landscape is made by me all built in a picture frame.

Nice model and so much area for olny three people.
Rarely seen such a subject.
Well done. :-D :yeah:
The only miss in this nice Dio is the lighter.

That's a fine gem - an unusual subject, which is in itself good, and also full of atmosphere. I love the idea that somebody tries to capture in a dio the features of that tundra landscape, which is quite different from the environment that we are used to today.

Yes, unusual but very interesting subject. Figures are nicely painted and scenery (grass and stones) is great. Only thing that pokes my eyes is that water. Sorry, it doesn't look very realistic.

I like this whole dio, and I actually think the dark green water in the stream on a rocky bed looks really good. I live in a tundra-like place, and our small streams sometimes look like that.
