Well sir you certainly have a way with these dioramas. I like this one very much. I really like and appreciate the shading on the vehicle. Green is always a tough color for me and you knocked it out. Well done!

Brilliant diorama in my opinion with lovely painting and setting.

I was a bit confused at first by the Hetzer as I was thinking of the 38t variant. It is my understanding that this particular vehicle was never put into production.

Nice composition and I love the bird!

The tanks I always paint with oil colors. I usually use 5 color tones. A base color. 2 different colors for shadows and 2 colors for lights. The advantage to paint in oil colors is, that you can paint 'wet in wet'. The different colors can be veneered with a lot of time.

Just have a try!!!

Chris, the tank E10 is a 'paper-tank'. It was never built. There are only drawings / blueprints. Even the name is not quite clear. You can find the tank as 'Jagdpanzer E-10', 'Panzerjägerwagen E10' and as 'Hetzer II'.

The great thing about 'paper tanks' is, there are no specifications for color, equipment and so on. You can do whatever you want. :yeah:

And again, nice as always. :yeah:
You cannibalise your Fehrmann Tiger for the F.
I like how you paint the dog.
And the figures are nice too.
The whole scene look to me like a little bit of a DDR control unit. The stone way, the dragon teeth and the dog.
The barbed wire look rusty old.
A well made small Dio. :-D

By comparison with the DDR you're right. But in the DDR - national border had not so beautiful flowers. ;-)

Yes, the Tigers had to give up some Photo Etched Parts. He is now really mad at me ...

I love it to build such small dioramas. By the way, for large dioramas I have in my small apartment no space. ;-)

The build, painting, and scene composition are all brilliant works. Love the paper panzer. Figures and critters all add detail and feeling to the scene. Truly a phenomenal piece of ART. Bravo!!!!

Peter, thank you for your nice comment! :-D I do not know if you have the first link under 'Link-Note' regarded? There you can see some tanks of the e-vehicle-family, as it was then planned. A plurality fascinating tanks. The aim of the E-series was the standardization of vehicle components. An interesting concept. Much material for more dioramas! ;-)

Bill, thank you for your incredible comment. I do not know what to say. As an "piece of ART" has my work none yet seen. I am very happy that you like the diorama. Many thanks for your kind words!!! :-D

dykio, the theme of the diorama is a bit unusual and not everyone likes that. So I am very happy that you like the diorama. Many thanks for your kind comment. :-D
