Excellent work. I am not a gamer but I really wanted at least 1 sprue of all the horse drawn stuff from Hat. Very fun to put together and paint. Very nice work on the white/off white uniforms. The only thing I question is the base itself. Seems to have reacted to the glue and warped. What material is it?

Very nice! And it looks like a foggy day too! Agree with Chris about the horses!

Very nice indeed. I have thousands of Austrians unpainted for a future project so nice to pinch some ideas!

The Airfix horses look good after all those years.

I'm not a gamer but there's no way to store this baby once it's put together, so I for any of these big horse and wagon set-ups I use a piece of plastic or cardboard that I can mount on something heavier later on.

Hi Kurt,

Nice work on the wagon. What I'd suggest about the base is that when mounting on plastic/cardboard with the proportion of the 2 sides over 2:1, only thick materials could avoid warping. When basing on a large surface, I always glue 1mm-thick plastic band in the diagonal directions onto the surface (forming a cross) to strengthen it, in order to prevent distortion.

Thanks for the advice, much appreciated!
