The hero

Well, if Dali is out of the competition then I'm also out of the competition. It was fun as usual! And it was also fun to make a little vignette without any humans at all. Saw a little film on Facebook where a bordercollie chased away a bear from some sheep. Huge thanks for those that voted for me!

To be honest it is one of my favorites in this competition. Maybe not because of top quality but it has interesting story, title that explains story, unusual subject and no soldiers. We need more works like this one. Bravo Gunnar

Like Dali said, I liked how the simple title told the story and it got my vote. While I'm certainly not the guy who should be handing out photography tips, I think a close-up would have garnered more votes.

Close-up? No way! Then all would have seen how I've painted! ;-)
