It looks like one of those solid bases one would never wish to drop on ones foot.
It makes the whole scene look real,and the model figures portrayed really do look fine.

I want to say that on Sunday in Moscow took place an exhibition of military and historical miniatures. At the competition of painting figures on a small scale Evgeny won the gold medal for the 2 dioramas. :yeah: :yeah: :yeah: I hope that the photos will be good soon.
For dioramas Eugene used the remarkable building of Fridrichus Rex (well, a figure from Valdemar / Alex, of course :-D .)
