In the pic above you can see the name of some driver.
Car 2 is the driver Jack, car 17 is the driver EVA, car 32 is the driver Ali and car 43 is the driver Zanchetti.
Who is the full name of the driver from car 28?
The number on the shield in the front of the car and the back of his mate who show him his position during the race can help you.

Congratulations !! Deserved gold! :yeah: :yeah: :yeah:
Multi-figured composition, with a lot of different scenes ... it's very difficult and very cool !! To convey the atmosphere of the era of motor racing and the terrain! Once again - congratulations! Great!

I am speechless with your ability to use figures from so different sources and disigned for so different purposes and compose a dio with a central story and many many secondary scenes. :notworthy: :thumbup: :-D . MASTERPIECE.

That's crowded! Luckily one of the figures found a flying carpet! Nice and well deserved gold!

I congratulate you on the award in Gold! And rightly so! Another masterpiece from you! :yeah:

So many little details. I like the heart very well, the results from the two cattails. Lovely! :-D

One question I have - what the hell the dromedary has eaten ???? Does not look really healthy, what comes out of there ... ;-)

Also my congratulations with this fantastic diorama Wiking!

It is remarkable to see once more how you are able to combine so much HUMOR and DRAMA together in one dio. Of course it is always fun to make jokes about Arabs but you reached a new level in this.

I already was a great fan of your earlier car race diorama's.
@huib you should see these, you probably missed these.

CROSS THE FINISH LINE (bronze winning last year!)

THE RACE IS ON:

The French roof of the central house indicates this is Algeria, Morocco or Tunis. The Italian flag indicates its Libya but the many English advertisements point into the direction of Egypt. So what did you have in mind? Shall we call it colonial Arab allegory? :yeah:

@huib
You are welcome.

@Alex
Its is very cool from your side to get three thumb up. Thank you.

@Kostis Ornerakis
Many thanks for your kind words.
I want to admit that your conversions I have seen to Greek WW1 soldier and the small girl are for me MASTERPIECE too.

@Susofrik
Nice words. Thanks.
Pssst! The man on the carpet get no flying licence.

@Hellboy
Thank you very much.
The cats was one of my final work for this Dio.
It was not so easy to glue (Sekundenkleber, superglue) the second one close to the other.
There was not much space for my finger and the pincer want hold the cat properly in the position to put it on. Several dry fit was necessary.
The dromedary ... to fix the Arab rider I drill a hole in the back of the dromedary. May bee I turn something wrong?

@entrauner
Thanks a lot for your comment.
Your Nicolai figures are the base of Arab civil people to do something like that. The poses are useful and natural as the cloth too.
Wish you all the time you need to finish your Arab Dio close.

@Mr.Cryns
What should I write?

Your statement is a dream.

1. Congratulations for me.
2. Pleasure description ... a new level in this!
3. You like my earlier race car Dio`s
4. To inform a member to watch my earlier work !!!

And on top of all of that you point out very clear the area there the race should run.

In the 20ies and 30ies there are races in Tunis, Libya Tripoli. So I decide to put it in this time frame and area as you described correctly by the chosen houses. It is not a specific race on a specific track.

Very hard to find as a non native English writer the right positive words to praise you comment.
We here in Franken, part of Bavaria do a very own different version to say if someone do something very good.

In Franken slang:
Nix g`sagt is globd gnug.

Translation:
Say nothing, is praise enough.

@Peter
Thank you for the Smilies with the beer.
In Franken I live where the density of breweries is higher than anywhere in the world.

Thank you for the flowers.

At the main city (Nürnberg) there I live close, is each year the "Bardentreffen" (bard meeting, people who made all kind of music in the center of the city at each corner).
At this festivals or at flea market there often booth who sell decoration, jewelry for ears, nose.
Some are like my turtle in 3D. Yes this kind of booths are more for girls. :oops:
