For a Arfix Stug III nice build. But why do you not use Revell Stug III It is far better?
I like the background. Nice group of figures. :-D
And ask your troop leader why he do not send his Kamerad with the bandage at his arm back?

Beautiful little dio. Love to see these classic figs done so well. The Stug turned out nicely as well, and great tree.

Yes, it is. But also the StuG's and StuH's from Dragon are much better. Even the old one from Esci/Italeri is. But my joy in modelling is upgrading old and obsolete kits by making improvements and adding scratchbuilt details. So, I have more fun with an old and problematic Airfix kit, than with an excellent Revell or Dragon one.

You shouldn't forget that these Fallschirmjägers were often recruited from the Hitler-Jugend. They were so fanatic, they didn't want to be sent back. Moreover, it looks like a light wound. :-)

Thanks. It was inspired by Mr. Cryns' tutorial, but by far not so good as his trees. Still a lot to practice.

A very good start with that tree huib! It looks like your wife is missing some parsley and coffee now.

That must be a matter of pure NOSTALGIA.

i like the model AIRFIX Tank, Tank Killer, or Stug III.
These Kits are still a lot easier on ones pocket,
and as in slight add on stuff one gets to use imagination which is quite a free gift.

i hope you don`t mind.
B & W with slight shadow added.

Wonderful to see these old, old kits done so well. Takes talent to polish these rough kits into gems....you did it marvelously. Top notch.

Thank you very much, guys, for your kind comments!

@Beano Boy: you're welcome. The B&W pic also looks nice.

No, she doesn't, cause I am the chief in the kitchen too! :-)
