Modern - Leopard 2A5 in "Oops, fuel empty … " - DE

New diorama pictures …

Oops, fuel empty …

The 'pussycat' needs a little spout. Weather is great. So let's go! Already it goes through the woods and fields. What fun! :-D
But what is it? The engine stuttered and then it was completely off. Fuel empty! Phew, that gives a lot of trouble … :(

Have fun. ;-)

First of all thanks for the Likes! A big thank to Wiking, Susofrick and Peter for the friendly comments! :-D

I have to apologize to you three guys, that I could not answer you sooner. The two guys and I yesterday the full day after the cause of the problem researched. We found it!

Fuel tank still half full, no hardware and also no software problem. It was a 'underwear' problem! Unbelievable but true. A very hot string tanga was found in the tank, which clogged the fuel line. I'm really not sure if I want to know what's happening in my showcase at night?!?!?!? Better not. Life is bitter! ;-)

Yes, that is really a rabbit smile. I believe that is called 'gloating'! So what does a hare not see every day ... :-D

The work on this diorama has been a lot of fun. To document the individual work steps has also given me much pleasure. I look at the photos of the emergence of the diorama always again gladly. I am planning this also for the coming dioramas. Of course I'm glad you like it. :-D

Lovely work as always.

Your vehicles do seem to be wildlife friendly but I fear the commander will be on a charge when they return to barracks!

I used to think the Leopard was pretty ugly and boring for modelling ... but a good modeler can make it cute and fun.
Excellent job!

In the forest, it is usually quite boring. :( A Leo is then a real attraction! :-D The message then had spread quickly. Better than cinema! Unfortunately, there was no popcorn and no coke. It was funny nonetheless. And, exceptionally, free of charge. ;-)

I'm not quite sure if I understand your comment correctly. I can only say so much that the construction of the vehicle was very much fun. :yeah:
