@Bluefalchion, I usually paint a couple units at a time, and it takes me 2-3 weeks to finish it, from removing mold lines on the bare plastics to applying static grass to the painted bases. I work on them about 2 hours every evening, except sometimes on the weekends.

With these militia, I decided to paint 3 units simultaneously, instead of my usual 2, because their uniform is so simple, I figured it would be pretty straightforward to do, and also because the number of models in the box were enough to make 3 units, so there was no point in making 2 and then having to return to the subject later.
