Hi, my recent work, mix of old Esci and Italeri figures, I prefer the old ones:

And against their opponents from 8th Army:

The painting is fine and the tone of color look gerat to me.

Fantastic work!

Again a real good painted bunch of figures. I like the way of highlighting the bodies. The figures are a little stiff, like some others of the old ESCI sets. And the Italeri ones are a mixture of cool and anorganic poses, imho.

Nicely done. I think I prefer the Italeri figures - the hand grenade thrower, as they so often are, just looks a bit ineffective!
You have done a really nice job depicting these in the various shades of German uniform found in this theatre.

One of my favorite ww2 units. And they're nicely painted

Excellent work and wonderful variety. Italeri should reissue that set.

Well painted figurines. The decorations of the sideburns are very beautiful

Remember buying the old ESCI and putting them together with Airfix DAK (2nd version). ESCI are a bit stiff and Italeri looks a bit odd, I think I prefer Airfix. But your painting of the figures is very nice!

Hi Susofrick, I have to disappoint you, but there's no Airfix figures, only Esci and Italeri and one Revell Fallschirmjaeger painted in desert uniform (helmet and trousers, and standard Splitter B Knochensack)

Yes, now I see! The stabbing figure in the background confised me. But ESCI's 8th Army is quite nice.

I like it very much, but it looks like DAK landed on some kind of alien planet :xd:
