Fantastic unit again! Do you do conversions or mostly just out of the box figures?

I am painting them as well and I second you opinion concerning the quality of the figs. I am still in the preparation of an army for Black Powder and therefor I have build up a whole regiment out of 24 figs. Because I know you use the same ruleset: Is this to small? I think it should be no problem?!

Bluefalchion, I rarely do conversions on my napoleonics, but the Prussians will be a challenge, especially their cavalry. I already did a test shot with a russian dragoon converted to a prussian cuirassier in collet. Required quite some carving on the helmet, but turned out nice!

One conversion project I'm particularly proud of are my pavlov grenadiers, an entire unit with head swaps:

24 models is pretty standard for BP, I'd say, you shouldn't worry.

I do my units with 32 models because I like the increased visual impact of mass infantry formations on the table - when it comes to napoleonic wargaming figure-count, the more the merrier!

And you build a battalion with 32 models so the regiment has 96 figs, if you create it in the historical correct combination of troops. The more the merrier is correct :-D, in contrast my goal is to build the whole corps with all the units. My units will be smaller in this case. I will follow you topic, of course. :yeah:

Napoleon won't be happy to see these troops, but I love them.

Really excellent painting of some very, very good figures.
