The Harrying of the North, my version of a fictitious skirmish between Saxons and Normans. Its the first time I have managed to get them out, so the setting up is a bit ropey and I know some of the standards are incorrect, but its my room and I can do what I like. Just for info the Saxon shield wall stretches about 17ft long and the Norman cavalry alone number over 200, anyway its a start. Figures are 1/72 or 20mm a mix of plastic and metal.

This is really a wonderful presentation. What a "hard work" to finish all these little men! I also like the shield in the background!
