Just a proposition for your ropes. You can age them with wood stain varnish before adding on the ship. You can pull the rope between your fingers for the ecxess varnish. Then repeat the process with diluted white glue as a final treatment. Then you can attached aged ropes to your beautiful weathered vessel. :-D

The ship and the water effects are great once again and thge figures are terrific. I like the new mercheant with his chest and I really like the communication happening between the crows nest and the quarterdeck, that's areally nice detail.

It's good to see that one of the other characters is paying attention to the wind direction. :mrgreen:

Done similar in the past. The ropes are darker in reality ..my camera tries to show the lighter side of life ;-)

Yes it is. and that's a very nice boat. I think, maybe your figures could use that from Bannockburn to Bodstonia and beyond.
