Your diorama is obviously very gore. To say it right away, I like it a lot. In these times of adulation of Game of Thrones and other really gore stuff your contribution is refreshing. It is incredibly dynamic, reminds me somehow of Kill Bill.
Your setting is in Far east. To my mind such settings are also possible for medieval Europe, Crusades, 17th century 30YW, Turkish Balkan Wars, cossacs, many civil wars, night of St Barthelemy

I too was very surprised that China own German armored cars and small tanks, guns at that time.

I am glad you now general focus more on peaceful or humorous scenes, although not always.

But Japan v. China in the 30s and 40s has to be one of the world's most brutal conflicts. N___ Germany v. Soviet Union, too.

Depictions of war can sometimes appear to be sanitised. Not the case here, a really desperate struggle.
The Tarrantino link occured to me too, or perhaps a Hong Kong martial arts movie. Darker than some of your other scenes but amazing stuff, as always.

lots of action and gore a plenty.
A big slice of armless fun in more ways then one.
Extraordinary action upon a right angled bridge.
The highly alleviated Officer of far away looks,
_reminds me of playing, `who`s the king of the castle'.
