A little of my Hobbystyle Work

[Beano Boy]

Here is part of my lost treasure I made in the summer days of 2017.

I decided to fetch out my own kind of dusty magic and show some of that summers work here.
It did not feel right to leave it be in the shadows unseen.

It was a busy time for me, but I enjoyed every moment of it.



Making simple Egyptian wall reliefs from a Playmobil Toy.



Above are the two rubber patterns.



Surrounded by Lego bricks.




These were cast up.



Giving good clean wall reliefs.

Not bad looking for a four and a half thousand year old lump of chiselled stone.

It looks much better in the shadows.



It had been in the darkest of shadows guarding something,but what?
Now that is such an unsolved mystery perhaps for revealing at another time?



It was here the Greeks had trouble on their hands.



Damaged long before ISIS came upon the scene.





Bashing pieces out of them is all part of the fun.



Lets see more of my lost treasure all hand made.







There is even fish in the barrels.

To sit down beside Julius Caesar is given to a thin minority of people. We get It !
Here and only here at BB`s world.
Don´t like this cheap popcorn.

The trailer is top (you can move Hubble ?). The gecko (he blink so nice). The Lego man (his awaiting order pose). And finally to close the circle of time space of the past to this half thousand years old stony thing.

In the armchair, open mouth, banned open eyes to the screen what will come next?
Better popcorn in the first instance please.

The entire balustrade i actually made in the Winter of 2009 ,and this short piece is from a formal garden that sadly no longer exists.It was smashed up by vandals that broke into my garage where Chateau Goumont was housed.___ i cannot recall that as a mindless act because they had to think about what they were doing while they did it. i know of them and i for my part bear them no malice as they have families now and have to work darn hard just to gain a living.

My Mrs B,found this piece in one of my storage boxes under my Honey Well Railway complex. It is therefore quite a nostalgic piece and so upon seeing it again in the light of such a rainy day i decided i should place it here.

Three years work was destroyed but it was not a big deal i simply remade it for the third time.

Having the right tools of both mind ,and body with hands are the greatest gifts of all mankind. i am limited in how i can continue in my hobby now, but it gives me plenty of enjoyment just to be doing a little something when i can. BB

In life upon the pathway of ones endeavours things tend to happen.
Sometimes they are good things and others not so.

i was recently asked about the paper ships guns i made yonks ago,

viewtopic.php?t=17787#p194827

but upon my visit there i soon realised the pictures had all vanished concerning the making of all those guns. Alas i have none on file so that is it, no paper ships guns.

I view it like the act of those vandals of nearly 10 years ago, and so i take the hit and carry on modeling whatever it is that sticks in my mind. I cannot say i will make anymore paper guns at present because i am quite a busy Bunny hopping around from typing, toy making and training my Mrs B, in bush craft skills in the wooded area where we live. A something i had long ago put behind me, but it is fun. There is a story involved in this madness,but that must be left for another time. Perhaps on Officers Mess?

Opp`s ! A door fell down off a lofty tower, but that`s much better than a lofty Crown i guess?
For they do tend to roll about so much, and often with a head still within them. So much so, that any Tom , Dick or Harry can pick it up . BB

A truly magnificent Castle Paul, I know I've seen all of the pieces as you were making them but seeing them all together like this they look stunning.
