I do know of his excellent blog, follow it religiously and even have his Over the Hills scenario book. In fact, I spent this afternoon playing his Vimiero scenario for the second time in three days! What fun.

Really splendid painting on a very fine set of figures and a very nice job on the mounted general. The animation in the faces of those galloping horses is just incredible. those are real horses riding into a real battle.

It's cool that we can all improve together as painters. When I first started painting horses for duels, I looked at Marvin's and despaired. I am still no where near his level, but I have taken hope back up. And my brush. Can't wait to see your next three regiments, Bill.
