Search for a Alien, Monster or what it is.

I would be pleased if someone can support me something, anything about this interesting looking alien (not the white metal figures).
A link, a shop, a name of this alien, or maybe a possible brand ( example: Warhammer ? ).
Or something else who can be possible be helpful.

I ask you in this forum because my knowledge in fantasy stuff or something like that is close to zero.
All I can say that this alien is not from Ground Zero Game.

My try in the internet was unsuccessful. It really start with the problem how to name it.
Plastic monster, Plastic alien, Alien, Monster 25mm, Monster 20mm etc ...

Can't identify the figure, but the alien is cute 'n cuddly with that big giant eye.

That could be an important clue. It may be a joke figure.

Right click the image, and do a Google image search.
The result there says that this is a modified figure based on a GW 40K thing called a Termagant. Very fierce looking beast before the cute eyes are added

I guess the person who made this just left off the front arms and head attachment.
