LoTR : do you want to play ?

Hi !
some times ago, I've started to paint some 1/72 figures for a small LoTR range.
I've used mainly Caesar Adventurers, WoTR figures and also some other manufacturers, plus I've done some minor conversions.
I've shown before here the W.I.P. of this little project.... and it's finished !
I've got the idea to propose a "game" :
All the figures in the pictures below, have a number.
You just have to try to give the name of the characters and number.
If you recognize them : I win !!!!!

10. is usually Aragorn but I think I prefer 11. 13. Gimli. 14. Legolas.

15. looks like a Boromir to me. 18. what's her name ? Eowin ?.

19. a dark Rider, Witch King, Nazgul, thingy. 20. I can't remember the name of Sam's pony. 22. Somehow reminds me of David Wenham so, Faramir.

For the replies , I will take the propositions of Bessiere ...but Graeme find a lot of them finally !

First off they're all nicely painted. I'll give it a go. Guessing figures from the Hobbit are also here?: not but it's a good idea !

3- Pippin : Frodo (he has the right hand at his neck ... )
4 - Merry : Pippin (in Gondor gear)

8 - Saruman : Gandalf the White, but the hat is not a good option, I can't remove it and I have another figure for Saruman (see bellow)

10 - Isildur : excellent idea ! In my idea, it was Aragorn in armour
11 - Aragorn : I will say "Strider" (in the first part of the LoTR
12 - Thorin : Why not ??
13 - Gimli : in fact, 12 and 13 were 2 options for Gimli but I've begun with 12 and change for 13. The cloak and the beard look more "accurate"
14 - Legolas :
15 - Boromir ??? I don't know .... in fact I've no idea for this one. It could be fine for a Rohan Warrior but the shield is not round (so I've painted a the white tree of Gondor but the picture don't show it well enough ... )
16 - Faramir : Boromir , I added a horn on his side ( picture )
17 - Haldir : excellent idea ! the ears don't fit well for an Elf but no matter!
18 - Eowyn :
19 - Dark rider
20 - Bill
21 - Bard the archer : excellent if I include The Hobbit, I was thinking at Faramir (as captain of the Rangers of Ithilien )
22 - Gotme the Unknown archer : one of the Faramir's Ranger

For the 4 Hobbits, I've no choice, they are the WoTR game ones (I've just separated Sam and Frodo who were on the same base)
5 Caesar Undeads (!)
8 10 11 16 17 21: Caesar Adventurers
18 : conversion of a the same set (just hide a little her nude legs and top with paper and white glue, added a shield and a sword )
12 & 13 : Caesar Dwarves
6 14 & 22 : Caesar Elves
7 : conversion with a Strelets roman senate + Caesar Elf head + paper cloak on back
9 15 : WoTR

19: Valdemar VA119 "Lone Rider"

20-Bill the Pony is a creation of Alex !

The WoTR figures are extremely rare (and expensive! ) and only the "special" figures are really interesting....

I've painted some time ago two other figures of this set :
Saruman and Galadriel with the Mirror :

To be fair I thought #2 had to be Frodo with his Mithril shirt. Pippin and Merry I continually mix up (they were cousins right?). You should have said there could be multiple figures for each as I did think both wizards were Gandalf but figured you would only have 1.

1. Samwise Gamgee. Working class sensibility, large pack full of his master's favorite items. Pleasant but not beautiful face.
2. Meriadoc Brandybuck--he stayed with the riders of Rohan after Gandalf came back. And they gave him suitable armor and a small shield.
3. Frodo Baggins. Elven Cloak for concealment? Check. Mithril chainmail shirt peeking out in spots? Check. Air of determination to survive against all odds? CHECK.
4. Peregrine Took. He was issued the livery of the Gondor when he was impressed into the service of Denethor. Silver tree on a black field.

Just wish Merry and Pippin were a bit taller.

I just looked at Frodo again. He has his right hand up near his chest. Those of us who have read the books know he often reached into his cloak to touch the One Ring, suspended from a chain and hanging there. Nice touch!
