A Dwarf adventurer

Posted by PhilC on 30 May 2020, 18:17

Good evening. I've added a new member to my small Fantasy adventurers team, a dwarf warrior named Maugrin.

Image

He was leading his companions through a dark forest when suddenly, some nasty Goblins attacked them!

It would have been rather easy to defeat them, until a more formidable foe came to them, a horrible troll :eh:

What is going to happen ? Will they be killed, and eaten ? Or will they escape this trap ? Who knows ? Who cares ?

Thank you all for the nice comments! I intend to add a few more adventurers in this team, in the spirit of D&D, or AD&D (don't remember the difference). I would need a thief, a druid, a monk maybe ? A female paladin would be nice too :)
Any suggestion ?

Maybe for the female paladin and the thief , you can use the Caesar Adventurers if you have them ?

There are a lot of monks in the medieval ranges.... (Valdemar Kamar .... )
No idea for the druid...

I don't know the 20 or 25mm Fantasy manufacturers, but it could be an option ?

Thank you for suggestions, Samsagace.
For the druid, I think it should be easy:

From Hät set 8138 Gallic command. I just need to find a suitable Fantasy color scheme

And of course the Caesar adventurers will contribute to this team. Regarding the monk, I wanted a warrior monk, it might be that I still have such figure from Valdemar somewhere in the cellar (again), I must check.

I bought the Russian monks some times ago, I think they would be perfect for fanatics in a Pulp game - just need a relevant color scheme, once again.

This post is dedicated to Paul 'Dungeon Siege' Bods.

In the middle of the forest, the adventurers arrived to a strange Pyramid. They began to climb it, and as they arrived on the top, they were suddenly attacked by a ferocious Lizardman!

Paul, is this scene a step nearer to your memory ? :-D
