Doesn't look like this project has been posted here before. I ran across it while perusing another modeling site:
https://www.ripcordassociation.com/ripcord-diorama-part-1/
The site chronicles (in great detail!) the creation of a 8' x 12' (~2.4m x 3.6m) diorama of a hilltop fire support base during the Vietnam War. Lots of interesting techniques used, including resin casting and 3D printing of many items not otherwise available in 1/72.
The diorama can be seen in person at the South Carolina Confederate Relic Room & Military Museum (https://www.crr.sc.gov/)
