GSF - Part 3 A 1000 miles of dust

Posted by GumSmith on 03 Dec 2020, 10:45

Hi everyone,
another older diorama, which was reworked a little bit. Originally the vehicle on it was a Fiat 508 from Al.By. As you can see I replaced it with a Kübelwagen car from S-Models - an excellent model (in my opinion the best kit in 1/72 of this car).
The well is homecasted resine kit, Master by my friend Siegfried "Ziege" Meier.

Top work in painting.
Top work to the natural looking pose.
Nice idea of the situation, to get water.
:yeah:
And I agree that the VW Kübelwagen from S Models is the best you can get.

So the Chinese build the best VW ? :eh:

Super modelling and great composition.

I remember the Stalingrad film where the troops were travelling for days across the featureless terrain. The monotony must have been dreadful.

I hope Ivan has not poisoned the water.

Best wishes,

Chris
