Fantastic painted knight and horses.
And all are in a different pattern painted!

The most I like is the inequality of the three rows. The horses do not run all parallel into the same direction. Some slightly to the right and to the left but forward.
And how the last row on the left flank run into the second one without doing so.
I mean a static scene with so much dynamic.

And the first row (without one knight) hold the lances combat ready.
For the second row not all but they are going to be ready for action.
Top paint work, full of ideas and a logical or interesting arrangement.

Small things. They make the difference for me.

Yes, that's exactly what I tried to portray a scene where there is no clear order in the ranks. Still, this is not an equestrian sport festival)))
Here the Teutons can be portrayed as more organized)

I am somewhat late to comment. I love your diarama, too. The painting and composition are really a great success.
In particular, I admire the crests. By design and style they apear really late-medieval or gothic to me - OK, it is Polish version of Gothic.
For French knights I have a big problem in that everything that looked like a crest was destroyed during the revolution. Only a few well-known survived and you can find them everywhere. It is much easier to find English or German (also Austrian and Swiss) crests. Maybe you have alreay shown your sources for the Polish ones.
