I would like to show US Paratroopers set.

They are nice figures, but why did they end up being so small?

Why do you think so?Do you trust for PSR?
Of course it not large but not small too.They are medium.Good compare with Mars WWII line so good with Esci or Caesar.

PSR had a good reputation for me.

I do not understand why Mars compete with other brands.
There are plenty of standard US, Russian, German, English soldiers sets on the market.

Mars German Don Cossack, German Marine Division, German Luftwaffen Feld Divison, German Winter Fallschirmjäger are in plastic without competition. I think that is the way to go.
I do not buy a further standard US soldier set of figures that I own already. And no different poses to the already available sets on top.
And so it is unimportant for me if your US soldier are small or right size or big.
I own enough of them, and sorry to say that, in a better quality.

Go back to the gap like Mars Don Cossacks in THAT quality !!!
And Mars get a customer again.

The PSR like choose the badest sprue from 4 which we put in bag .They ever try to do poorest photo.(for example sets German Naval Troops have good detailing but it not seems good on PSR image).No good details but flash is looking good.I mean my Mars sets.He like some another manufactures much more
The all last sets have some quality as Cossacs or better than it.So US Paratroopers have some size as Cossacs .Not less.
I want show how it seems in compare.



You will ever happy with paratroopers size if you like Cossacks size because it is same

Oh, thanks for these comparison pictures - they definitely seem correctly sized for 1/72, so I don't exactly know what is going on, as the PSR comparison shot shows all the paratrooper figures side-to-side, and these ones looks about the same scale as the old Airfix figures.

Well, I think the best way to make justice is for me to buy a box and see for myself.

Sorry but are you sure? Plenty of standard allied troops?

I could create a dozen of German ww2 infantry divisions divisions without using the same figures.
The problem we have with the allies is that there are not plenty and very often don't cover the great range of poses as their German counterparts.
A quick example if you compare avalaible British or US mortar crews available and their German counterparts you can clearly see something is wrong.
As for alied paratroopers , they might be one new set created every 20 years. That is not really plenty, and never include support weapons such as mortars, isn't it.
British commando in their normal uniform from DDAY to 1945= none.
And so on.
What was the contribution of Don cossack again?
So my point was just to tell Mars, please go ahead with allied topic but please be careful with the scale. The last US paratroopers is a 50%good set because all the standing poses are clearly too small BUT the other ones are Ok and wiil inally provides good antitank and BAR squad to our airborne troops.
I know because I bought them. By the way the plastic on my has a very strong smell.

yes we can do new poses with another weapons.We could add mortars or something else and it will seems cool.
So i want say what all standing poses is not straight in this set .All in action.So they not as Zvezda size.I am agree with it but i have place pictures with another Mars sets and it is not very different but agree what it might be 5% go up.
So sorry for smell plastic.We use this plastic type for this set only.It might not smell when you will use primer before paint and will removed from sprues.its plastic is good for paint.You can see painted from this plastic in up of page.

Very strange because i had place many pictures with compared sprues and figures.I see all.May be we can asked from moderator?I dont know why it is problem for viewing....
