Fine work. This set was one of the first HaT sets I bought, a very long time ago...and I still have not painted it!
Great work on all that detailed decorative brading on the jackets.

Now, once the man prodding the ground with his 'stick' is ready, the unit can 'fire' its first rocket. Take cover!!

Very nice paintjob on the Infernal Racket Troop. The subtle shading looks very natural and the braiding is very neat. They will definitely pass muster.

Indeed, and one of the earliest HaT Napoleonic sets. I wonder why they chose this as a subject?? The Rocket Troops had very limited War serivce....

Surely a HaT set of 'standard' British RHA with 6pdr or 9 pdr guns circa 1815 would have been more useful.

I understand what you mean Mark, but on the other hand, this is the only set covering this unit. And we have to be thankfull for that.

I think Mr.Harris knows that there were the Revell and ESCI British artillery set already. And I think he wanted to fill gaps. The first set were the French Mamelukes of the Guard. Also a very small and special unit.

I think I know why this set came out first. You know the song "I've got a rocket in my pocket, and I want you to s... " (Little Feet - they don't make such songs any longer) ?
Rockets make always a big impression. Regardless of their real use

Really nice, neat work, especially on the lace. Yes, I have always been tempted by this set but don't think it would get much play on my table - unless I take on some of Sharpe's fictional battles!!!

I'm sure there must be a small market out there for someone to put together a set of rules for the various Sharpe campaigns, purely based on the books or TV (rather than perhaps purely historical)?
