are you using the 2 part loctite all plastic glue to get the riders to stay on?

And no. although the hat rubbery plastic is a nightmare it does take simple white glue very good. I put some white glue in a cup and leave it there untill it gets very thick (yeah i stole that idea from beanoboy). then i remove a little bit of paint from the spot the glue goes on and put a blob of white glue on it. And then i stick the rider to it. so far this stays very firm.
