Luminous. Not a word often associated with painted models but I can't come up with a higher compliment. The light seems to come from the colors which is amazing. The horse patterns become Picasso-esque if your stare at them. The bravest of the brave just got one of his finest tribute pieces.

Very beautifully painted syh. Your colours are exquisite…… . Am curious to know what kind of paints you use. If I may be constructively critical I would say there are times when you are packing in too many muscle groups (shadows and highlights too close together into too small an area and as a result our eyes are a bit dazzled).
But on the other hand there are others when you manage to pack so much beautiful detail into a very small space, such as the oak leaf designs on the cuffs, that we cannot be anything but spellbound by your wizardry with a paintbrush as well as by the incredibly sharp eye that you have to pick out so much detail.
Congratulations on your amazing brushwork.

Well, everything that's needed to say is said above and i can only agree.
This isn't mere minature painting, this is art! It just needs the base to be finished.
I have questions too:
1. How did you do the reins?
2. Did you paint Ney and the horse separately and then glued them together and then added the reins? or...?
Anyway, my deepest respect for such an achievement and level of detail in this scale.

Sadly I don’t know how horse’s muscle really should be so most times I paint it with just my imagination,I should have a learning indeed,thanks for that inspirational opinion!
