Absolutely fabulous figures sculpted by Alex. Beautifully painted as usual by you Konrad. If I had to find fault I would love to be able to see bigger photos with better definition. Love your metals …. what paints do you use?

I use different colors.
For the metal I use metallic anthracite from MARABU.
In my opinion one of the best acrylic paints on the market.

As far as I know none has ever been found.
Most sources say that the aquila was initially made of gilded silver, but was made of pure gold in the imperial period.
