New prussian landwehr - standing at ease

Posted by sansovino on 01 Jan 2019, 18:00

Hi,

I had found some time to paint the new Strelets set Landwehr Standing at Ease. The figures are mostly from this set with some figures from their marching set and some minor alternations to create still more diversity: other arms- and head-postures and some new beards.

The figures are really well sculpted. Only some rifles are too soft and some hands are too clumsy, but all details are well done. It was a pleasure to paint them.

The soldiers are painted as 1. Silesian Landwehr Regiment for the 1815 campaign.

Those look great. It's really nice to see a varied group of figures at ease like that.

Well done.
I like the steanding of ease idea.
It is done in several boxes now.
Additionally in this set are prist included.
This two points increase the live like factor much.
