Pity you didn't share some chocolates, I mean pictures of them, with us! And are it at least Belgian chocolates? :eh: :joker:

Some may say if your audience has to google your jokes to understand them, they aren't that funny. To them I say: "Pshaw!"

I don`t know how you mark your target on your calendar.
My target in my youth was always the doors with the 24 on it.
Had not really changed much all over the years since then.

I am interested if we see tomorrow a twentytforc ?

How did you know I was still in bed when I wrote this post ? Do you, as a moderator, have an access to my webcam ? For your own sake, I hope not

We even have the power to visit your homes when you don't look. You want an example? Well yesterday I was at Aaron's place and I took his last chocolate. Yes, the one for tomorrow. It was one with milkchocolate with a caramel filling! It tasted gorgious! :P

And I'm with Erik for the twentyforc! :xd:

I was wondering why the little cardboard window 24 was broken open and nothing was inside. Oh well, as long as you enjoyec it, I am at peace. :)

Gentle men and women, thank you again for you happy comments!

I'm afraid one of you might be a bit sad, for we don't go to the land of Orcs today (sorry Wiking)... but for the last day of the advent calendar, we will at last discover how the little Romans got their Christmas presents made in China in Ancient times...

For day 24, let's walk along the Silk Road (and have a peaceful sight, for once  )
Image
Yes yes, before the invention of the flying Santa's reindeer, you needed to cross Asia with camels on foot!

So we are at the end of the road... I hope that you all enjoyed this journey, and I wish you all a merry Christmas :merrychristmas:

See you... tomorrow, as I will post a summary of what was done ;-)

Lovely camel and...water buffalo? Very cool scene and story. Thanks very much for sharing this advent calendar entry with us. Even though Peter ate my last chocolate, I am still very glad I took this journey with you, PhilC.

Almost, but the version from Himalaya. The second animal is a yak, such as this:

Merry Christmas! Thanks so much for the Advent pictures. Very difficult to pick a favorite.

Now I need to start taking some long walks, because of all that chocolate I ate while viewing each entry.
