Imperial Forces Thirty Years War

I like to think these figures represent local town militias and depleted units thrown together to make an ad hoc firing line.

An impressive collection of (mainly) musketeers and arquebusiers, made up of Revell, Mars, ACTA and Zvezda figures plus others from what I can see. The challenge here is mixing and matching the very different styles and scales of all these makers, but in fact this works here in your massive collection. Well done!

I sense that there must be a mass of pikemen to support this shot? If not, this extended firing line is at risk of being attacked and ridden down by any nearby Swedish cavalry....??

As usual your spot on Minuteman, other figures included are Tumbling Dice and SHQ, you are also correct about the pike, photos to follow.

Wow, those are a lot of figures - and so diverse! They truly do look like a ragtag firing line. And they really show well, even in the close ups. I very much admire your palette and painting style.

Very nice and so many musketeers and arquebusiers.
I wonder how it would look like if you add some smoke to it :-)
I did a 30 years diorama as well, but with much less figures than yours have.
If you are intrested, check it out, maybe it gives you some ideas for your amazing army: viewtopic.php?f=11&t=24899&start=20
